Deposit Policy
Depending on the type of session there will be a deposit required to book your session. The deposit amount will be confirmed during the consultation. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to render excellent customer service for all our clients, and in attempt to be consistent with this, we have established a cancellation policy that allows us to adequately meet your needs. When your appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside just for you and when it is missed that time cannot be used to provide service other clients.
To cancel or reschedule we require a notice within 7 business days from the date booked.
Punctual and Tardy Policy and Fee
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that your session can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. In order to ensure the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at the full fee.
As a courtesy to our other clients we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment, however if you are running late please call or text. We will do our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind. It happens. However, being late for your appointment can affect the rest of our day by delaying clients who come in on time and we may not be able to accommodate you the same day.
We do understand somethings can delay your trip we provide a 10 min grace period, if no notification is made, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charge a NO Show $35 fee non-refundable. A new appointments will be require.

How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I'll send you a guide to help you organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... and it's really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invits...! On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That's why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Manchester based in UK and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why lorem ipsum dolor sit imet I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
